The challenge
Pulse Health wanted patients to see a doctor online in minutes, not days, while meeting strict European data-protection rules from day one.
What I built
I led a team of four building a Next.js web app, a React Native patient app and a NestJS API on PostgreSQL. Video visits run on WebRTC, and every record is encrypted at rest and in transit.
The result
Pulse Health now serves 120k patients in three countries, average wait times dropped from four days to under two hours, and the app holds a 4.8 rating in both stores.
